2-way Sermon Discussion Group

The Two-Way Sermon Discussion is just that—an opportunity to discuss the past Sunday’s sermon with Pastor Matt. Pastor Matt provides his sermon manuscript for all to peruse as we talk about the parts that are most salient and meaningful for each of us. The last fifteen minutes is spent reading and discussing the scripture for the next Sunday’s sermon. Often, he uses Lectio Divina reading and questioning methods to facilitate this discussion. Open to all adults.
The 2-way Discussion Group is meeting virtually on Zoom on Sundays following worship at 12:30 p.m. on 1st, 2nd, and 4th Sundays of the month. On 3rd Sundays, because of the 12:00 Fellowship Lunch, the 2-way will move to 1:30 p.m. When another event (like the quarterly business meeting) is scheduled, the 2-way will move to 1:30 as well.
