Earthworks Team Blue Lenten Walking Meditation

What is a walking meditation?  It is a slow and quiet walk with a focus on all our senses and this one takes place outside.

We will travel about 15 minutes from Lawrence to the location.  If you have never participated in a walking meditation, that is ok!  There will be a few suggestions to get us started.  We will walk a 3/4 mile mown trail in a prairie labyrinth.  This will take about 20-40 minutes.

This is private property so no pets are allowed.  Due to limited space, signing up for this event is necessary.  There is space for 2 cars and 8 people.  Contact Lynne to sign up.
