Want to get a little more active and would like some company? Do we have an offer for you! The Earthworks Blue Team is inviting trail runners with some\, little\, or NO experience to join us! \n\n\n\nThe Blue Team trail runners can help with any questions on gear\, training or “working up to it” plans (including a “couch to 5K” option)\, sports nutrition\, etc. A “3-mile Thursday” run is kind of a standard one for the group\, but we can be flexible on times\, distances\, and pace. \n\n\n\nIf you are interested\, or just want to find out more\, please contact Bryan Miller or Susan Pauls for more details via the FBC office. \n\n\n\nLawrence River Trails location: \n\n\n\nThe park entrance and parking lot is just off 8th & Oak streets in North Lawrence. Check Google Maps for interactive driving directions. \n\n\n\nDirections: Going north on Massachusetts street from downtown\, take the first right (east) immediately after the bridge onto Elm street. Follow Elm to 8th street. Turn right (south) onto 8th\, and cross up and over the levee. There is a parking lot between the levee and the Kansas River.
