SUMMARY:Church Dreaming (Life After Debt) Workshop for Children\, Youth\, and Families
DESCRIPTION:(Meet to begin in the Children’s Church room.) In place of traditional Sunday School today\, children\, youth\, and parents will participate in different activities to give input on church values\, priorities\, and dreaming for the future. Sunday School teachers and volunteers are also welcome to participate. \n\n\n\nAs we reenvision and plan for our church’s future in the Life After Debt conversations\, leadership believes it is important to hear from the voices of kids\, youth\, and parents\, but realizes making it to extra meetings is hard and not the best way to get input from younger ages. So this workshop is a special chance for your voices and thoughts to be heard in a fun way.  \n\n\n\nWe are excited to listen and learn with you!

DESCRIPTION:The Two-Way Sermon Discussion is just that—an opportunity to discuss the past Sunday’s sermon with Pastor Matt. Pastor Matt provides his sermon manuscript for all to peruse as we talk about the parts that are most salient and meaningful for each of us. The last fifteen minutes is spent reading and discussing the scripture for the next Sunday’s sermon. Often\, he uses Lectio Divina reading and questioning methods to facilitate this discussion.
