This is the powerful, unsettling, inspiring collection of teachings of Jesus commonly known as the Sermon on the Mount. When the worship team met last summer do some planning for the year ahead, they found themselves pulled toward a fresh look at these timeless words. The narrative lectionary explores several parts of this famous sermon in Matthew, but the Team suggested that we add a few more.
